The Working Group III of the New Autonomous Regions Escort Task Force of the Papua Mountains Province asked the Papuan Provincial Government to list the assets that will be granted or loaned to the Papua Mountains Province.
This was discussed in the Coordination Meeting for the Preparation of the Provincial Inauguration and the Inauguration of the Acting Governor of the Papua Mountains Province, Tuesday (13/9/2022).
During their second visit, Head of the Second Group III of the New Autonomous Regions Escort Task Force, Edi Cahyono, said their visit was to confirm a number of preparations related to the inauguration of the Papua Mountains Province.
“We have a lot to discuss for today regarding asset management issues, especially assets that still need to be clarified again,” said Edi Cahyono.
In addition to listing the assets, the Papua Provincial Government is also asked to make a Minutes of Grant, which is expected to be completed within a maximum of two weeks.
Meanwhile, the Jayawijaya Regency Government will also prepare housing facilities for the Acting Governor and Acting Regional Secretary. The funding comes from the bailout fund in the Papua Mountains Province Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) after it has been ratified.
Furthermore, the Papuan Provincial Government was encouraged to immediately propose the number of personnel who would fill the position of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) of the Papua Mountains Province. Likewise, the district government in the mountainous Papua region is asked to do the same. The proposals from each district government will then be coordinated by the Secretary of the Association of Papuan Mountains Regents.
They also reviewed the preparation of the inauguration of the Acting Governor of Papua Mountains. In fact, it was also agreed that the Papua Provincial Government should form a Provincial Task Force Team to facilitate the preparations for the inauguration of Acting Governor of Papua Mountains.
