President Joko Widodo and First Lady Iriana Joko Widodo will start their tour in Papua Province on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, by launching the Papua Football Academy (PFA) at the Lukas Enembe Stadium, Jayapura Regency. After that, the President will go to the Sentani Branch Post Office, Jayapura Regency to hand over a number of social assistance.
Jokowi will also give his provision at Kampung Doyo Baru Market, Jayapura Regency, and also scheduled to visit the Kampung Doyo Baru Medical Center, Jayapura Regency.
After that, the President will go to GOR Toware (HMS) to hand over the Business Identification Number (NIB) for individual micro and small business actors (UMK).
In the afternoon, the President will head to Sentani International Airport and then take off to Mozes Kilangin International Airport, Timika, Mimika Regency. The Head of State will head to the Sport Hall, Tembagapura District, Mimika Regency to stay in touch with PT Freeport Indonesia employees.
President Jokowi and Mrs. Iriana will spend the night in Mimika Regency to continue their tour in Thursday.
