The wife of Lukas Enembe, who is the suspect of bribery charges of Papua infrastructure project, Yulce Wenda, along with their son Astract Bona Timoramo Enembe chose not to say anything after their examination by the investigators of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
Yulce and Astract seems uneager to spat a word on their examination and left immediately after their examination were ended.
The lawyer of Lukas Enembe, Petrus Bala Pattyona, says that the two were examined as witnesses for suspect RL on bribery and gratification on Papua infrastructure.
The case had named the Governor of Papua LE and the Director of PT Tabi Bangun Papua RL as the suspects. RL allegedly gave a million IDR to LE after he and his party got the three project given by the governor.
The three projects are multiyears project of Entrop-Hamadi road improvements with the value of Rp14,8 billions, a multi-year rehabilitation project for supporting facilities and infrastructure for the Integration Early Childhood Education Center with the value of Rp13,3 billion, as well as a multi-year environmental management project for the Air Force outdoor shooting venues of Rp12,9 billion.
KPK suspects LE received gratuities related to his position based on preliminary evidence in the amount of IDR 10 billion and was detained for 20 days from 11-30 January at KPK Detention Center of Jaya Guntur.
