Starved and tired of meaningless war with Indonesia, a group of armed Papuan revolutionist went down from the mountains to be back with Indonesia. This was seen in a viral video from Ikhlas YT’s channel that he uploads on Friday (1/13). The video stated that this amazing moment happened in Bintang Mountains.
The viral video received humongous positive feedbacks from netizens around the world.
The group went down fully armed with their bow and arrow not to sounds the drum of war, but to make peace and return back to where they belong, Indonesia. Their returns were greeted with warm welcome from the Indonesian Military Force and Indonesian National Police.
According to the video, the main reason why the group decided to return is that they feel tired in the mountains and doesn’t want to war with Indonesia.
“Tired in the mountains, a group of Papuan revolutionist went down to rejoin with Indonesia,” wrote the captions.
Their desire to return to Indonesia turns out have already been known by the Bintang Mountains government.
After they are gathered in the field, they immediately changed their attributes into that of Red and White and flown the Indonesian Red White flag.
Other than warmly greeted by the security personnel, their arrival were also greeted by the Regent of Bintang Mountains and together they declared their loyalty to the United Republic of Indonesia.
This wonderful moment became more amazing as they all wore the Red and White attributes, symbolizing their strong nationalism.
The video got many positive feedbacks in social media. Until now, there are more than 700 comments on the video. Many of them conveys their happiness and prayers to the group who had returned.
