The Noken Community Development Task Force have become something that the children adores in Papua. This is because the personnel always shows their best personality and bring joy to the local children. One of the ways the police personnel and the children meet each other is through Si Ipar Program, a program where the police provides education to the children of Papua.

During their visit to meet with Father Wirtel Telenggen at Nduga Baptism Church to discuss about the security situation in Nduga, two children, named Eason and Yapenus came to greet the police who were visiting the Father, Brigadier Teuku and Brigadier Keis.

During their conversation Eason said that he wants to be a police someday to Brigadier Keis. “I want to be a police just like you and Keiss. Can I borrow your hat? I want to take a picture with you too,” said Eason enthusiastically to Brigadier Keiss.

Seeing the eagerness of Eanuss, Yapenus also asked Brigadier Teuku to borrow his hat. When the police lend their hat to the two children, they went around the village and greets the community, impersonating the kind police they know and admire. The innocent acts of the two children made the village filled with warm and joy.

“Study hard and always listens to what your parents said. I truly hope that you would fulfil your dreams,” said Brigadier Teuku to those children.

Meanwhile, the Head of Cartenz Peace Ops Public Relations, Commissioner Ahmad Musthofa Kamal, said that these kinds of Noken Community Development Personnel are what made the villagers and the children happy and accept their presence.

“We hoped that what our Papuan Personnel did can be something that will always be remembered in the hearts of the community,” said the Head of Cartenz Peace Ops Public Relations
