Responding to the inhumane act of a group claimed to be TPN-OPM, led by Arnoldus Kocu, the Head of West Papua House of Representatives, Orgenes Wonggor, stated his firm condemnations.

Frimly he said that Papuans and all religions doesn’t teach violence, let alone killing one another. Wonggor firmly condemns the heinous act of TPN-OPM to the civilians who wholeheartedly tried to develop the region into a better place.

The leader of West Papua legislature asked the security apparatus, the Indonesian Army and the Police, to act immediately and immediately take measurable steps, arrest, and prosecute the criminals.

“Me, personally, and also the institution could not accept the heinous crimes by these groups, this is inhumane, and I want the security apparatus to act immediately, hunt them down and arrest them. All of us didn’t thought to do something as heinous as that,” said Orgenes Wonggor when contacted by the media, Friday (9/30).

Wonggor adds that if they fighting for their freedom with such an inhumane way, it would not ever work.

“If you fought for your freedom with such vile heart and act by killing innocent lives, it is certain that the God will not answer to your wish,” said Orgenes Wonggor firmly.
