Yan Christan Arebo conveyed his support for the Second Phase of Cartenz Peace Ops. Cartenz Peace Ops itself is the special operation carried out in Papua and led directly by the National Police Chief as The Operations Commander, Tuesday (12/7/22).
This was conveyed directly by him through a 2 minute short video. In the video, his party said they were very happy and proud of this special operation because it directly interacted and touched the community. This is evident in the previous Cartenz Peace Operation which has contributed a lot to the community, especially with the security and law enforcement issue.
Yan Christian Arebo also said that with the direction from the National Police, criminal activities in the region could be directly monitored by the Police Headquarters, so that the situation could be controlled and away from political pressure.
Besides that, he also hopes that the Cartenz Peace Operation will continue to be able to provide more benefits for the people in Papua, especially in terms of law enforcement and maintaining public security.
In his conclusion, Yan Christian Arebo also expressed his gratitude to the National Police Chief and the Cartenz Peace Operation officials for taking a very good steps in bringing about change and progress in Papua.
Previously, Yan Christian Arebo also support the firm act of the National Police against the Armed Criminal Group through an interview with the Deputy Chief of Public Relations of Cartenz Peace Ops, AKBP Arif Irawan, SH, S.I.K, MH. In the interview, his party stated that they were ready to become a partner of the Indonesian National Police in maintaining the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and securing the interests of the state in Papua together with the Cartenz Peace Operation which has given many positive values to the Papuan people.
